 - All the travel packages and inclusions are displayed with approximate price per person and not the final price of the package
 - Submission of a package after customizing does not guarantee the price and inclusions selected , it is taken as a request to
    finalize the tour plan. After receiving the package request we send the final pricing. Even at this level we do not guarantee the
    hotel availability and inclusions and price.
 - Any booking attempt shall be made by travelcraft , only after receiving the confirmation and advance payment and after
   advance , we start process of booking your chosen amenities.
 - If any hotel or any other inclusion is not available or has any revised price/tariff or any other supplementary charges,on your
    chosen dates , we offer you available alternatives within same price limit.
 - The price can change due to various factors like change in hotel tariff, transport or any other amenities included
 - If the hotels selected may or may not be available on chosen date we give you alternate options with similar pricing and
   category. If offer not acceptable , alternative options with revised price will be sent to the client

Readymade Packages

 - Tour packages prepared and operated by our team are also sold online on our portal , without customization option.
Cancellation policies & other terms and conditions are available on demand for those packages

Money Back Policy :

   - This policy is only applicable in the packages which is booked under this policy offered in our email
   - Term "Satisfaction Guarantee" is used for the booking process only and not for the complete experience of tour package
   - Term 'Satisfaction Guarantee" meant for the satisfaction related to delivering what we are offering in package , we do not guarantee
      any satisfaction which is beyond our control , like quality of hotel/service/transport/driver/sightseeing/activities etc.
   - Once we deliver the confirmation note after completion of booking or the client made the 100% payment , the "satisfaction guarantee"
     condition get null & void
  - Any money back claim can be done before the departure , this guarantee get void at 00:00 Hrs on the day of departure

Booking Terms & Conditions

     - Confirmation , Advance & Payment

 - Our packages are not a group tour package , so there is no blocking or arrangements contracted date-wise in advance. All
    the booking related to a submitted package is only made after receiving the confirmation and advance and only at this level
    we get to know the availability of hotel/transport & inclusions of the package
 - The price calculated is an approximate price per adult / child pricing may vary from adult and will be sent after final pricing
 - We do not guarantee the availability of any hotel, transport or inclusion till we make an attempt to book it after receiving the
    confirmation and advance payment. Even after receiving advance , we may not be able to get  the availability. In case of any
    unavailability , alternate facilities will be booked .
 - At least 30% of total package price (excluding airfare) is required with confirmation of the package.
 - Date of confirmation will not be the actual confirmation date if the advance payment is not made before confirmation email.
    Date of payment of advance will be considered as date of confirmation.
 - In case of cheque deposit/bank transfer , the date of payment will be the the date when amount get credited in our bank a/c
 - Online payment link may attract a convenience fee of 2.5% to 4% to meet the payment gateway charges.

      - Supplement / Additional Charges

 - Hotels & other operators at almost on tourist places charges higher than the regular tariff/charges on some occasions like
    long weekends, public holidays, peak seasons, Christmas , new year etc , so on those dates the calculated approximate
    cost may vary by a higher margin of 10% to 50% and on Christmas/New year it may vary from 50% to 100% or more
 - Many hotels charges a compulsory Gala Dinner supplement on Christmas & New year eve which may be included or
   directly payable at hotel.
 - Many Hotels charges the taxes directly at hotel upon check-in

      - Unavailability of services

 - Budget hotels are excluding breakfast at almost all destinations. Please check your confirmations for inclusions
 - It might happen that due to un-avoidable circumstances you do not get the all the inclusions mentioned in your itinerary
 - Many sightseeing are subjected to weather conditions/traffic status/timings or may remain incomplete due to flight delays/bad
    health etc or for any reason. We try to compensate  the incomplete itinerary , but no refund will be made for whatever
    services remain unavailable/unused.
 - Travelcraft will not be responsible for any flight cancellation/delay/change in timings/missing connections etc , due to which
    the tour get altered or remain unused partly or fully.
 - Travelcraft will not be responsible for any delay due to breakdown of arranged vehicle during sightseeing or transfer.
    We try to arrange alternate vehicle as soon as possible ,but can not guarantee the turn around time of alternate arrangements
    so we request our guest to self arrange the alternatives in critical time bound cases like airport transfer etc.We'll not be
    responsible for missed flights or delay due to delay or unavailability of pre-arranged transfer.
 - Travelcraft reserves the right to change the itinerary without any prior notice due to any reason and not liable to explain it.
